errmmm.."mummy,nextweek exam..28/03/11 till 2/04/11 is theory & 04/04/11 till 8/04/11 is practical..."..kata Elin last night,"arrgghh...mak aii..standard 1 pun cam tu ka..ada theory & practical..ingat masa ambil diploma & degree jer mcm tu.."mummy lak ckp.."mummy now already 2011,your time is 1999...apalaa.."Elin membebel..

what ever la Elin.."so how your preparation?should be ok la harr..""mummy..apa nak worry..what ever yg teacher kasi,Elin buat jer la..yang penting all must fill in,no blank..senang kann.."..ooo..senangnya anak dara ni cakap..main sedap tenyeh jer..bab lain xkisah,mummy yatee takut tang bahasa melayu jer..coz her bahasa very out ..(bolehla setakat nak buat karangan pendek tu..).."mummy why u diam..mummy takut ker..Elin xboleh buet??"errmm pandai gak my little princess nie baca fikiran mummy dia.."yeala..but i 'm sure that u can do it.."....but Elin memang always steady..she very confident in what ever she do it..since kindergatden..always be come the almost 10 best student..even in Manderin subject..hope that "doa kami "di berkati Allah..

so this weekend no extra activities..coz Elin need to study & do some revision..for another little princess Adilla & Aliah..there was some extra work to do also..that one my hubby will take over..coz baby Alia always said.."baby ya nak friend ayah jer..xnak friend mummy.."kelakar..hahhaa..tapi bila nak keluar sure jadi friend mummy...

hope that weekend ni ada masa tuk my lovely garden..need to buy some pot & sand at Sg Buluh..(tapi sure extra things to buy also..kui..kui..kui..)..perempuan & flower memang xboleh dipisahkan..

Ayah,ermm..sure with pancing cenonek nya tu..hahhaa..hope that this week ada la mangsa ikan yang boleh di buet bakar...

little cheese cake wif pandan flavor

err....dah 2-3 ari dok ingat nak buet cheese cake nie,butter tu asyik keluar masuk jer freeze,almaklumla..ari bekerja mmg xsempat la..tapi smlm cuba gak spend time tuk buet simple cheese cake nie,rasa??hahha..maaf yatee memang xberapa minat cheese cake nie..tapi buat mmg suka sebab simple jer..tapi alhamdulillah my friends cakap ok so kira ok la tu...yg penting my kids & hubby said "YES"..to my this little cheese cake..

to my follower & friends i will share my simple recipe of little chees cake..

A
1) 2-4 slice of cheese..(apa2 jer janji cheese..)
2) 70gm butter
3) 200ml fresh milk
4) 2 tp pandan flavor (paste) ( if xnak boleh juga replace with lemon juice)

B
1) 4 egg
2) 70gm castor sugar

C
1) 70gm selfraising flour

what to do???

bahan A; cheese tu di potong kecil2 + fresh milk masak dgn api yg pelahan,
+ butter + pandan paste = kacau sehingga mendidih & sejukan

bahan B; putih telur + castor sugar putar = sampai kembang
telur merah = putar sampai kembang

bahan C; campur sikit2 ke dalam adunan A (jika perlu tapis adunan tersebut supaya tidak berketul2);kaup kan bahan B kedalam adunan tadi.

cara memasak; panas kan oven 1) 170dge selama 30min pertama,2)140dge selama 40min , masak secara bain-marie (waterbath) sebab cheese cake nie sensitive

so selamat mencuba!

BPA not for our kids...

hi,

last night my hubby & i agak terkejut bila our MOHealth baru nak announce kan yg pengunaan BPA dlm pembuatan botol susu bayi adalah diharam kan..padahal info nie dah pernah keluar & sesetengah negara maju telah mengambil tindakan yg drastik pada thn 2002 dahulu. Errmmm...sebagai ibubapa,saya agak terkilan & sedih sebab perkara2 yang melibatkan nyawa kurang di beri penekanan yang sewajarnya..& kita sendiri sepatutnya perlu banyak membaca & membuat research tentang kepentingan kita & anak2 kita..

Tetapi bagaimana pula dgn gologan pertengahan & bawahan yang kurang berkemampuan untuk membeli botol2 susu yang 0% BPA,sebab kebanyakan jenama2 pengeluar product tersebut adalah mahal berbanding dengan product tempatan yg masih segar menggunakan bahan BPA dlm pembuatan barang2 tersebut...

Belajar bagaimana untuk membaca label kandungan pembuatan botol tersebut,

"BPA stands for bisphenol A. BPA is an industrial chemical that has been used to make certain plastics and resins since the 1960s.

In particular, BPA is found in polycarbonate plastics and epoxy resins. Polycarbonate plastics are often used in containers that store food and beverages, such as water bottles, and baby bottles and cups. They may also be used in toys and other consumer goods. Epoxy resins can be used to coat the inside of metal products, such as food cans, baby formula cans, bottle tops and water supply lines. Some dental sealants and composites also may contain BPA. And certain thermal paper products, such as cash register receipts, may contain BPA.

Some research has shown that BPA can seep into food or beverages from containers that are made with BPA or into your body when you handle products made with BPA. BPA remains controversial, and research studies are continuing. The American Chemistry Council, an association that represents plastics manufacturers, contends that BPA poses no risk to human health.

But the National Toxicology Program at the Department of Health and Human Services says it has "some concern" about the possible health effects of BPA on the brain, behavior and prostate gland of fetuses, infants and children. This level of concern is midway on its five-level scale, which ranges from serious to negligible. The Food and Drug Administration now shares this level of concern and is taking steps to reduce human exposure to BPA in the food supply by finding alternatives to BPA in food containers.

In the meantime, if you're concerned about BPA, you can take steps to minimize your exposure by:

■Seeking out BPA-free products. This may not always be easy to do, of course. Some manufacturers label their products as BPA-free. If a product isn't labeled, keep in mind that most aluminum cans or bottles have linings that contain BPA, while steel bottles or cans don't. Polycarbonate plastic is generally hard, clear, lightweight plastic. It often has the No. 7 recycling symbol on the bottom.
■Microwave cautiously. The National Toxicology Program advises against microwaving polycarbonate plastics, although the American Chemistry Council says this is safe. The plastics can break down over time, possibly causing BPA to leach into food.
■Wash safely. The National Toxicology Program advises against washing polycarbonate plastics in the dishwasher using harsh detergents, although the American Chemistry Council says this is safe.
■Use alternatives. Use glass, porcelain or stainless steel containers for hot foods and liquids instead of plastic containers.
■Cut back on cans. Reduce your use of canned foods since many cans are lined with BPA-containing resin."

mummy not felling well...

..errmmm...cian mummy..since this few days mummy not felling well..always gigil2..even makan or not...perut also feel bad, worry juga la..coz of why???..ntahla..very lucky coz my little princess xbanyak buat hal..so mummy boleh relax sikit la..need to meet my doc..or maybe of my expiry date of IUD is very soon...opppssss....never mind all married woman will notice about it..hahahaa...(mummy still can laugh)adusss...today mummy drive but call hubby to fresh me coz mcm penat nak drive..(tapi macam mana nak p Jusco this evening..alaaa..kena pergi coz barang2 rumah dah kena refill expecially kids punyer..)maybe if pergi shopping ok kot..hahahaaa....hope that my hubby agree with my idea...coz already promise with little princess to go shopping their things this evening..coz ayah already give green light to shopping their own self thing coz mummy already redeem Jusco voucher almost thousand ringgit..so shopping without waste the real money...hahahhaa..good idea hah!..mummy is very good shopping planner!..want to learn???but you need to pay the service charges...kui.kui..kui...

"tapi nextime homework must done on the same day..if not i'm very sure that u will forget it"...errmmm kesian elin kena rotan sib baik 1 kali jer kat tangan dia..tapi salah sendiri kan..dia tak tau nak spell "whistle" so she wrote "whstle" jer..so tu pun kena rotan..boleh tahan teacher dia nie..
semalam habis semua buku dia geledah takut kena rotan lagi..kelakar gak..

lastweek dilla MC 1wk..demam..so semalam bw balik homework yg banyak..tapi she relax jer finish kan homework tu.."adik..nanti penat sambung la esok ,teacher tak marah..".."no la mummy,adik can do it.."errmm..8 pages selamba je dia buet dlm masa 3hr....dah tu ari nie dia ada spelling.."dad,mad,pan,rat & cat ".."easy mummy..i can do it.." tapi mmg dilla is more faster than elin..she now can calculate in english,bahasa & manderin till 100..errmmm..not bad hah!...hope that she akan terus berusaha lagi..

macam biasa,sebab xbalik gan ayah,xleh dinner gan ayah,susu bukan ayah buet..abis buku kakak dia stick kan kat lantai..adusss...geram tul....memang kena bisingla gan kakak elin..malam ayah balik terus ngadu.."kakak elin pukul baby..mummy xkasi makan nasi..nenek xnak buet susu.."amboi...padahal xcakap sebab apa..dia dah sepah kan satu rumah,nasi dah makan nasi + sosej,susu dah abis 1 botol..lagi xmakan..aduss..melampau tul..sengaja karang cerita diwaktu malam..

.."mummy tadi teacher ada kasi surat kat mummy & ayah..cari la dalam beg elin tu..tapi jangan complaint apa2 tau..."...errrmmm..mushkil lak bila elin cakap camtu...."so mummy kena close eye la...supaya xtengok all surprise thing..yaa..".."errmmm kiranya camtu la mummy.."..ada ka tu camner nak jumpa surat tu..tapi jangan risau mummy..coz elin memang selalunya akan letak all the surat2 penting kat pocket bag yang disediakan..so senang kan..al maklumla..anak2 nie kekadang bukan tau beza kan lagi yg mana penting and yang mana xpenting..kalau kindergatden dulu teacher yang binder kan dlm masage book,now..sendiri kena jaga la..

sekali jumpala surat pekeliling...PENDAFTARAN UNTUK TAHUN 1 (2012 & 2013) DARI 01/03/2011 HINGGA 31/03/2011..so terfikir lak, eh dilla kena register la coz nak 2013 dia dah tahun 1..aduss sekejabnya masa berlalu..tapi masalahnya..lum buet "cabutan birth cetificate" lagi la..

Jangan terkejut lak yea..biasa la bila mummy status "Bumiputra" ayah lak "PR" so mmg la kena buet cabutan sekali lagi before nak register sekolah..pelik tul,kan ker dalam birth certificate tu dah tulis status kerakyatan anak is "Bumiputra"kenapa nak kena buet cabutan lagi dah lah colur certificate tu "HIJAU"..nak kena lak explain kat princess y like this..errmm..xkisah lah princess janji boleh sekolah..apakisah..so kekawan yang senasib gan saya cepat2 la pergi buet cabutan dulu kat JPN before nak register sekolah anak2 yea..if not application anda tidak akan dilayan...kui..kui.kui..kui....
