hahaha...sudah lama tidak bertemu..sudah lama tidak mendengar berita..sudah lama tidak bersenda gurau...hehee..yatee..yatee...elok2 sikit..
last saturday..pepagi lagi cik hubby dah kejutkan nak ber jogging..errmmm..pelik bunyi nya..tapi sebagai menyahut cabarankan so terpaksa la bangun juga..hehee.....rupa2 nya petangnya tu cik hubby nak p driving range nak "menebas rumput di padang golf"..errmmm ada chan nie...hehehe..so petang tu selepas p ambil handphone cik hubby kat Klang Parade (upgrade software..)terus singgah p beli rack tuk letak dapur kat wt kitchen tu..then balik singgah ler kat driving range kat Puncak Alam tu...waahhh dah cantik rupanya..errmm barula semangat nak menebas kembali..setelah bertahun ku tinggal kan hobby xsenonoh tu..hahaha..
apalagi..sampai jer dengan muka selamba cik hubby suruh start menebas..adusss...parah...sebabnya..almaklumler dah lama xmain,skill tu dah hilang abis..sampai kan nak pegang benda alah tu pun terkial2..mula la kena bebel..takzirah golf la masa tu..sib baik xder ramai org ..kira ok la..tgh2 syok dok pulun nak abis kan 100biji bola tu..tuptup ramai lak gang2 cik hubby turun..ermmm mula la malu ada,goyang pun ada..almaklumla awak sorang jer pompuan kat situ,skill xder..pukul dlm 10, 2-4 jer yg lurus..lain2 kelaut..hahaa...tapi buat2 la mcm selamba la..cover2..kuikuikui..sekali sorang tu mmg pro abis la almaklumla cikgu golf nie..mangajor nya dengan batang kayu..uihhssss..masa tu takut pun ada..seram pun ada..mau ada yg termakan bola golf nie kang..
so dia ckp "yg penting masuk lorong..dah dpt skil swing tu..setakat 100m meter tu pejam mata pun boleh punyer.."hehehe..tersengeh mcm kerang ler aku nie..boleh ka..dulu2 mungkin kot ari nie terkial2 main,swing semua kelaut china selatan ler jawabnya..
uissh..berpeluh gak la nak abiskan 100biji tu..tu pun cik hubby dah kongsi 2 tu..if not mau lepas magrib baru leh abis nie...dah ler muka cuak,xder warming apa2 sure la balik kang satu badan sakit ler..dengan pakai sandal..sib baik scholl..(cehh...)grib la juga kan..kuangkuang tu semua alasan...sib baik elin xikut if not sure dah kena gelak sebab dia lagi pro dari mummy dia...
cik hubby punyer la gelak sakan..mana taknya asal ajak training jer malas..so ni la akibatnya org yang malas..xper2..pas ni mummy turun training tiap2 minggu gan elin..sure terror balik punyer..hahhaa masa pastu leh ler minta golf set baru..kuangkuang..(dah tengok dah colour pink..cantik cam elin punyer..)hehehe..mula la tu..hobby baru lak..

1. The move backswing

A follow-through should be best seen as the feather in your cap move. The legs must be adequately straight and the hips have to form a straight line together with the legs.
This final follow-through move will serve as the gauge of the whole golf swing you have just done. You know that you were able to execute a good golf swing that is almost perfect if in the end you have a position that looks like the letter C only in reverse.
